Section 56-8-12 - Miscellaneous12.1. The director may develop forms and guidelines to facilitate development, review, and approval of the comprehensive safety program submitted by each operator or independent contractor; provided, however, that such forms and guidelines cannot modify or expand the requirements of this rule.
