1.1. Scope. -- This rule pertains to the implementation of provisions of W. Va. Code §22A-2-55, relating to the regulation of protective clothing and equipment worn by miners underground by the Office of Miners' Health, Safety and Training.1.2. Authority. -- W. Va.
