Section 56-3-23 - Certification of Mine Foreman or Assistant Mine Foreman Whose License to Engage in Similar Activities Suspended in Another State23.1. Any person whose license, certificate or similar authority to perform any supervisory duties in another state has been suspended or revoked by that state cannot be certified in West Virginia under any provision of this rule or chapter 22A of the code during the period of such suspension or revocation in the other state.
