Section 56-2-21 - Training21.1. The employer shall provide training for each employee, including supervisors, at no cost to the employee.21.2. As soon as possible but not later than 90 days from the effective date of this rule all employees shall receive a minimum of 16 hours of training. This training shall consist of:21.2.1. Eight hours of task specific safety (clear cutting).21.2.2. Eight hours of first aid, CPR, and emergency procedures.21.3. Before any new employee begins work, they shall receive the 16 hours of training described in Section 21.1.21.4. The employer shall provide annual continuing training of at least 8 hours covering the subjects listed in subsection 21.2. for each employee, including supervisors, at no cost to the employee.
