Section 5-7-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- These procedural rules govern all regularly scheduled meetings and special meetings of the West Virginia Board of Dental Examiners (the "Board").

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code § 6-9A-3.

1.3. Filing Date. -- July 27, 2005.

1.4. Effective Date. --August 27, 2005.
