Section 48-4-14 - Additional Mine Rescue Equipment14.1. An oxygen resuscitator to revive or help survivors breathe during rescue operations following mine fires or explosions shall be provided at the mine rescue station for use by the mine rescue team. Said resuscitator shall be rated for a minimum of sixty (60) minutes.
