Section 48-4-12 - Certification of Coal Mine Rescue Teams12.1. For each mine rescue team designated to provide mine rescue coverage at an underground coal mine, the mine operator shall send the Director an annual statement certifying that each team meets the requirements of this Section as listed in Table 48-4-A and Table 48-4-B at the end of this rule.12.2. The operator shall notify the Director within sixty (60) days of any change in team membership.
