Section 47-64-7 - Inflation or Deflation Based Fee Adjustments7.1. The annual operating fee set forth in this Rule is based on calendar year 2016 dollar value. The annual operating fee shall be indexed annually, up or down, based on the U.S. Department of Labor's Consumer Price Index (All items).7.1.a. Invoices issued by the Department after July 1, 2017 shall reflect the cumulative inflation or deflation adjustment(s).
