Section 47-64-2 - Definitions

Unless the context in which used clearly requires a different meaning, the definitions contained in the Aboveground Storage Tank Act (the Act), W. Va. Code § 22-30-3, and the Aboveground Storage Tank Rule, 47 CSR 63, apply to this Rule.
