Section 47-58-1 - General1.1. Scope. -- This rule establishes a series of practices which must be followed by any person who owns or operates facilities or conducts activities subject to the provisions of W. Va. Code '22-12-1 et seq. and is subject to regulation by the Division of Environmental Protection's Office of Waste Management or Office of Water Resources.1.2. Authority. -- W. Va.
