Section 47-35-9 - STANDARDS FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF SPECIFIC HAZARDOUS WASTES AND SPECIFIC TYPES OF HAZARDOUS WASTE MANAGEMENT FACILITIES
9.1. 40 CFR Part 266. -- The provisions of 40 CFR part 266 are hereby adopted and incorporated by reference. Consult the rules of the air quality board regarding Subpart H of this part.
