Section 47-31-3 - State Priority System and Project Priority List3.1. Annual Priority List. -- An annual state Project Priority List shall be developed in conformance with the provisions of CWA Section 216. The list shall contain those projects that are eligible for SRF loan assistance.3.2. Priority Rating System. -- The state Project Priority List shall be developed utilizing a priority rating system designed and approved by the Instrumentality.
