Section 47-12-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- The purpose of this Legislative rule is to establish minimum standards of purity and quality for groundwater located within this State.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code § 22-12-4.

1.3. Filing Date. -- June 16, 2011.

1.4. Effective Date. -- July 1, 2011.
