Section 45-23-3 - Adoption of standards3.1. The Secretary hereby adopts and incorporates by reference the definitions set forth in 40 CFR part 60, subparts B and Ba, and the standards of performance and definitions set forth in 40 CFR part 60, subpart XXX, including any applicable reference methods, performance specifications, and other test methods which are appended to these standards and contained in those subparts, effective June 1, 2020.
