Section 44-1-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- These legislative rules establish requirements governing disbursement of loans and grants to governmental agencies for the acquisition or construction of water development projects.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code '22C-1-6(1).

1.3. Filing Date. -- June 12, 1987.

1.4. Effective Date. -- June 12, 1987.
