Section 42-23-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This rule applies to all "bungee jumping", as that tern is defined in the W. Va. Code '21-12-1 et seq.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code ' 21-12-3.

1.3. Filing Date. --- April 1, 1996.

1.4. Effective Date. -- April 1, 1996.
