Section 42-19-1 - General1.1. Scope. -- This legislative rule governs all matters arising pursuant to the Board of Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety's statutory authority and as a State Administrative Agency under the National Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Act of 1974, 42 U.S.C. § 5401et seq.1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code § 21-9-4.1.3. Filing Date. -- March 31, 2023.1.4. Effective Date. -- May 1, 2023.1.5. Sunset Date. -- This rule shall terminate and have no further force or effect on August 1, 2028.
