Section 38-21-6 - Effect on Nongoverranental Actions

Neither the filing, (submission, or completion) of the operator's designation, nor the well's status as inactive pursuant to these regulations or W.Va. Code 22B-1-19, nor acceptance, receipt, review, report, consideration or termination by the Chief or the OlL and Gas Section shall be admissible as evidence as to the truth of a matter asserted regarding a claim or cause of action between nongoveammental parties.
