Section 38-18-4 - Inspectors Findings of Violation, Abatement4.1. Violations, Findings and Orders - Findings and orders of oil and gas inspectors concerning violations discovered during an inspection shall be recorded on the appropriate form listed in Section 3.2. Such finding and orders shall not be construed to limit the Office's power to initiate any other lawful proceedings concerning violations of W.Va. Code §22B-1, or this rule.
