Section 38-13-3 - Exclusions

Consistent with W.Va. Code § 520-5E-6(a)(2), the following wastes are not hazardous wastes, drilling fluids, produced waters, and other wastes associated with the exploration, development, or production of crude oil, natural gas or geothermal energy.
