Section 38-4-16 - Disposal of Construction Wastes16.1. All surplus soil and rock materials shall be deposited in waste disposal areas delineated in the approved plans.16.2. Trees, brush, roots and construction related wood materials may be either buried in waste disposal areas delineated in the approved plan package.16.3. New or old waste concrete materials may be disposed of in areas approved by the Secretary for surplus soil and rock materials. Chemicals, petroleum products, plastics, garbage, sewage sludge and any associated containers shall be disposed of in a manner approved by the Secretary.
