Section 38-3-15 - Permit Modifications15.1. Each request for a permit modification shall be submitted on forms prescribed by the Secretary which shall be signed by a principal officer of the applicant.15.2. The Secretary may require reasonable modifications to mining permits where such modifications are necessary to assure compliance with the Act and this rule; provided, that the Secretary shall notify the permittee that such modifications are necessary and shall provide a reasonable time for compliance.
