Section 38-2C-12 - Hearings and Appeals

Any certified blaster who is served a notice of violation, suspension order, revocation order, or civil and criminal sanctions is entitled to the rights of hearings and appeals as provided for in West Virginia Code § 22-3-16 and 17.
