Section 36-59-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This rule pertains to the supervision of apprentices in underground coal mines in locations other than the working section operating in West Virginia.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code §§ 22A-6-4 and 22A-6-5.

1.3. Filing Date. -- September 11, 2023.

1.4. Effective Date. -- October 11, 2023.
