Section 36-57-2 - Definitions2.1. Director. -- Director shall mean the Director of the Office of Miner's Health, Safety, and Training or the Director's authorized representative.2.2. Proximity detection system. -- A system that must be capable of providing an audible and visual warning prior to safely shutting down mobile equipment, and must be capable of stopping the mobile equipment before contacting a miner.
