Section 36-36-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This regulation revised W. Va. Code '22A-2-37(a) relating to trolley pole swing limiters in underground coal mines.

1.2. Authority. -- These regulations are promulgated under the authority of W. Va. Code '22-6-4(c).

1.3. Filing Date. -- August 10, 1987.
