Section 36-28-3 - Definitions3.1. Outburst. -- The term "outburst" shall mean the sudden expulsion of coal and/or rock from one or more pillars or faces, accompanied by a violent release of energy.3.2. All other terms used in these rules and regulations, not defined herein, shall have the meanings set forth in Chapter 22 A, Article 1 A, Section 1 of the West Virginia Code.
