Section 36-24-5 - Availability Of Records5.1. Unless otherwise approved by the Director of the Department of Energy, all records required in Section 4.1 of these rules and regulations shall be made available to the Director of the Department of Energy, or his authorized representative, and to designated auditors of the Department of Energy for compliance audit purposes, within five (5) days after a request is made for the need of such records.
