Section 36-14-3 - Definitions3.1. All terms in this rule, not defined herein, shall have the meanings set forth in W. Va.Code§22A-l-2. 3.2. Cutting and welding shall refer to any procedure where compressed gas cylinders or electrical arc welding is used to cut, weld or heat metal objects.
