Section 36-7-2 - Effective Law And Regulation2.1. These regulations shall have the effect of the law and violation shall be deemed a violation of law and so cited with the same effect as law. All provisions of W. Va. Code 22-1 relative to enforcement are applicable to the enforcement of these regulations.
