Scope. -- These rules and regulations are in response to Senate Concurrent Resolution 63 of the 2015 West Virginia Legislature and are applicable to govern the movement of mining equipment in underground coal mines, with the exception of ordinary sectional movements, as defined in Section 2.3.1.2.
