Section 36-3-3 - Employment Of Agent3.1. At each shaft and/or slope construction operation, the operator shall employ a shaft and/or slope superintendent, who shall be the agent in charge of the shaft and/or slope operation.3.2. A certified person shall be in attendance at all times at each shaft and/or slope who has passed an examination given by the Department of Mines.
