Section 36-3-11 - Shaft And/Or Slope Examiner To Have No Superior Officers11.1. In the performance of the duties devolving upon a shaft and/or slope examiner, acting as such, they shall have no superior officers, but all employees working inside of such shaft and/or slope shall be subordinate to them in their particular work.
