Section 36-1-14 - Examination - Records - Ventilation - Shaft and/or Slopes14.1. All shafts and/or slopes shall be ventilated by mechanical ventilation equipment during development. Such equipment shall be examined before each shift and the quantity of air in the shaft and/or slope measured daily by a certified person and the results of such examination and tests recorded in a book approved by the Director.
