Section 36-1-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This rule governs shaft and slope coal mine operations in the State of West Virginia.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code §§22A-G-4 and 22A-G-5.

1.4. Effective Date. -- March 27, 2021.
