Section 33-32-4 - Applying for Coverage4.1. Application for Coverage. -- The owner or operator of an underground storage tank shall submit an application for coverage to the director or the administrator on forms supplied by the director or the administrator.4.2. Sworn Statement. -- The application shall include a sworn statement that all information and records are accurate and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
