Section 30-1-5 - Restricted Titles5.1. The following titles are prohibited from use by persons who are not licensed under this provision: respiratory care professional; respiratory care educator; respiratory care practitioner; respiratory therapist; respiratory technologist; respiratory technician; inhalation therapist; cardiopulmonary technician; respiratory care associate; cardiopulmonary associate; or any similar title.
