Section 25-7-2 - Code of Ethics2.1. The Board adopts the National Association of Social Workers Code of Ethics, in the version effective January 1, 2018 and incorporates it by reference.2.2. The Board may take disciplinary action against a licensee who fails to comply with this Code of Ethics.
