Section 24-10-1 - General1.1. Scope. -- This rule establishes the scope of practice for the provision of medical services via telehealth technologies and the process for osteopathic physicians and physician assistants to obtain an interstate telehealth registration with the Board.1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code § 30-1-26(b).1.3. Filing Date. -- April 20, 2022.1.4. Effective Date. -- May 1, 2022.1.5. Sunset Provision -- This rule shall terminate and have no further force or effect upon August 1, 2027.
