Section 24-1-17 - [Effective until 7/1/2024] License Exemptions17.1. In addition to exemptions provided by law, any licensed nonresident physician who participates in a continuing medical education course within the state is not required to be licensed in this state.17.2. Physicians licensed in another state may transmit medical instructions to personnel in this state in emergency situations.
