Section 22-5-5 - Application Ranking5.1. Applications found to be free of potential problems and applications for which curative work has been completed shall be submitted to the Forest Legacy Subcommittee to be prioritized and organized into proposed FLP projects. The resulting proposed FLP projects shall be submitted to the FSCC for approval / disapproval.5.2. Projects shall be evaluated based on criteria identified in the AON or subsequent amendments, whichever is most current.
