Section 21-1-9 - Refunds

9.1. The Board shall refund to an applicant that chooses to withdraw from the application process their entire application fee minus a processing fee of $100. Refunds of the following fees are permitted:

9.1.a. AIT application fee;

9.1.b. A licensure examination application fee; and

9.1.c. A reciprocity application fee.
