Section 204-1-11 - Incorporation of Duties Imposed on Participants and Authorized Outfitters and Licensees by W. Va. Code Section 20-15-1, et seq., (ATV, UTV and Motorcycle Responsibility Act)

11.1. All persons using the Hatfield-McCoy Recreation Area and the adjacent public and private property that is included within the Hatfield-McCoy enforcement area and all authorized outfitters and licensees shall comply with W. Va. Code § 20-15-1, et seq., (ATV, UTV and Motorcycle Responsibility Act), which is incorporated herein by reference.
