Section 20-1-12 - Principal Office12.1. The principal office of the Board shall be the West Virginia State Department of Health, State Office Building No. 3, 1800 Washington Street, East, Charleston, West Virginia 25305, County of Kanawha, State of West Virginia. The Board may have such other offices as may from time to time be designated by the Board.
