Section 198-1-2 - Definitions

2.1. "Board" -- means the Ron Yost Personal Assistance Services Board.

2.2. "Council" -- means the West Virginia Statewide Independent Living Council.

2.3. "Unobligated funds" -- means monies appropriated to the Ron Yost Personal Assistance Services Fund that remain uncommitted.
