Section 195-1-5 - Advisory Councils
5.1. Creation. - As provided in W. Va. Code '10-5-5, the Authority may create one or more advisory councils to serve in an advisory manner to one or more broadcasting facilities as directed by the Authority. Each advisory council shall consist of not more than nine members who are appointed by and serve at the will and pleasure of the Authority.
5.2. Meetings. - Each advisory council shall meet at least twice each year at times determined by the Authority.
5.3. Notice of Advisory Council Meetings. - Notices of advisory council meetings shall be filed with the Secretary of State not fewer than five days prior to such meetings. Each notice shall state the time, date, place, and purpose of the meetings.
