Section 190-4-8 - Final Decision8.1. The final decision of the board shall be filed with the executive director. A copy of the decision and order shall immediately be sent by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the appraiser's last known post office address or may be served in the manner of original notices upon the appraiser.
