Section 19-6-6 - Proceeding To Be Open: Exceptions; Executive Session Permitted6.1. Notwithstanding any other provisions of law or regulation all meetings of the board shall be open to the public, except as provided in the West Virginia Code.6.2. The board reserves the right to executive sessions or closed meetings in accordance with those outlined in West Virginia.
