Section 18-5-3 - Definitions

The following words and phrases as used in this rule have the following meanings, unless the context otherwise requires:

3.1. "Applicant" means any person making application for examination and/or a license to become a Licensed Medical Imaging or Radiation Therapy Technologist.

3.2. "Individual" means any person holding a license or permit issued by the Board.
