Section 179-8-114 - Submission of Written Extension of Credit Procedures to the Commission114.1. The casino licensee shall submit policies and procedures for extending credit to the Commission at least thirty days before extending credit to any patron.114.2. The Commission may approve, approve with modification or disapprove any portion of the policies or procedures concerning the extension of credit. If the Commission disapproves a policy or procedures concerning the extension of credit, then the Director shall notify the casino licensee, in writing, of the disapproval.114.3. Access to the credit information, outstanding credit instruments, and credit instruments that have been written off is restricted to occupational licensees who require access and who are authorized by management to have access.W.
